Field Director: Missy Foote
Missy Foote is now in her 33nd year on the Middlebury athletic staff and her 28th year as head coach of women's lacrosse. She has led the Panthers to 14 straight appearances in the NCAA semifinals, with National Championships in '97, '99, '01, '02 and '04. Her '99, '01, '02 and '04 teams enjoyed perfect seasons. She has also guided the Panthers to two ECAC championships, all five NESCAC Championships and has an overall record of 319-72-1. Foote was the '94, '97, '00, '01 and '02 Division III New England and National Women's Lacrosse Coach of the Year. She earned NESCAC coach of the year honors from '01-'05.
