Owners/Directors

Tom Carmean

Tom is currently the Head Coach for Amherst College (8th year) and has directed camps for the past 15 years.  Tom played professionally (10 years) for the Boston Blazers, New York Saints and Rochester Nighthawks where he was considered one of the best players in the world. Tom then played in the MLL for the Bridgeport Barrage for two years until retirement.   He played his college lacrosse at the University of Massachusetts where he was a 3-time All American.  Tom was inducted into the New England Hall of Fame in 1998.  Tom received both degrees, including a Master's in Education at UMass.  He resides in Belchertown, MA with his wife Seana and golden retriever Gunther.

Mark Theriault

Mark is in his 8th year as the Head Coach for Keene State College and has also directed camps for 10 years. While at Keene, Mark has been nominated Coach of the Year 2x for his conference and was the 2005 New England DIII Coach of the Year.  Mark also played professionally for the Boston Blazers and in 1997, received the Unsung Hero award for the team.  While at Springfield College, Mark was a 2-time All American, 1995 midfielder of the year and won a national championship in 1994.  Mark graduated from Springfield College for his undergraduate degree and also earned his Master's in Education.  Mark lives in Northfield, MA with his wife Naomi, twin 5 year-old boys, Jack and Connor and two Siberian huskies.

Rich Puliciano

Rich has been directing camps for Elite 180 for the past 5 years.  The head coach (10th year) of Cheshire High School in Connecticut.  Rich is also a physical education instructor at Cheshire and  In 2000, Rich received the prestegious National High School Coach of the Year Award.
